Top Two Kinds of Aluminum Foil Duct Tapes
Aluminum foil duct tape is a commonly used alu foil tape in electronic products. It features strong adhesion, air permeability, anti-aging and good thermal insulation performance. There are maily two kinds: 1235 and 8011 aluminum foil tape. What are their similarities and differences?
Firstly, their alloy elements are different. The difference in process is the annealing temperature. The annealing temperature of 1235 aluminum foil is lower than that of 8011 aluminum foil, but the annealing time is basically the same.
The difference between the finished aluminum foil tape 1235 and 8011 aluminum foil is that the strength is slightly different. The tensile strength of the 8011 aluminum foil is higher than that of 1235 aluminium foil tape.
At the same time, the elongation of the 8011 aluminum foil is not much different from the 1235 aluminum foil, just a little higher.
Secondly, Aluminum foil tape usually has two tempers: H18 and O temper. The hard aluminum foil tape production process does not require annealing, but sometimes requires baking oil, and the soft aluminum foil tape requires annealing to make its performance soft. The 1235 foil tape is usually in O temper.
The last but not the least, , aluminum foil tape is widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, automobiles, petrochemicals, bridges, hotels, gas stoves, ventilation pipes, electronics and other industries.
