6. Inspect the straightening process one by one. At the same time, inspect the quality of the upper and lower surfaces of the plate, such as scratches, imprints, and aluminum sticking.
7. The 7075 t6 aluminum plate should be straightened within 6 hours after quenching.
8. Inspect the surface condition of the straightening roller at any time, and timely remove the sticky aluminum and other harmful substances that affect the surface quality of the plate. Pay attention to the straightening quality during the whole process to prevent possible scratches caused by transportation or transmission parts.
