Top Four Uses of Aluminum Foils
Aluminum foil has a wide application in household, pharmaceutical, battery, air conditioner, cigarette, cable, decoration, food container,etc. Among those applications, the top four uses of aluminum foil are hydrophilic aluminum foil, tobacco foil, decorative aluminum foil and cable aluminum foil.
Hydrophilic aluminum foil for air conditioner
Air conditioning foil is a special material for manufacturing heat exchanger fins for air conditioners. The air conditioning foil used in the early days was plain foil.
In order to improve the appearance of plain foil, before forming, a corrosion-resistant inorganic coating and a hydrophilic organic coating are applied to form a hydrophilic aluminum foil. Thickness of hydrophilic aluminum foil is 0.1mm-0.15mm. With the technological development, it has a tendency to be thinner.

Most of the cigarette packaging is made of aluminium foil. Of them, 30% use sprayed foil and 70% use rolled aluminum foil. Decorative aluminum foil

Cable aluminum foil
Cable aluminum foil is to make use of the sealing and shielding property of aluminum foil. After coating plastic film on one or both sides, the aluminum-plastic composite foil is used as a cable shield. The cable aluminum foil should be no pinholes and have high mechanical properties.
