Aluminium Foil Manufacturing Process
1. Smelting
Using a large-capacity regenerative melting furnace to convert the original aluminum into aluminum liquid.
2. Rough Rolling
Introduce the aluminum liquid into the casting mill to cast into billets.
3. Second Rolling
The above slab is rolled again by a cold rolling unit. When the thickness is 4.5mm, it is sent to an annealing furnace. After the first annealing, then the raw material will pass another rolling to 0.60mm. At this time, it will have the second annealing, after that, the slab will be rolled to 0.3 mm.
4. Aluminum foil rolling
The above-mentioned 0.3mm aluminum foil is rolled into a finished aluminum foil by a four-roll irreversible foil rolling unit.
