Thin Aluminum Sheet 4x8

The aluminum content of 1050 aluminum sheet can reach more than 99.5%. 1050 aluminum alloy is formed by adding a small amount of copper elements to pure aluminum. It has excellent forming and processing characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and conductivity. 1050 aluminum sheet generally uses a thickness between 0.5-10mm.
1060 pure aluminum has a high thermal conductivity and is currently a common material for manufacturing skived radiators. The purity of aluminum elements in 1060 aluminum sheet reaches more than 99.6%. It has good ductility and plasticity, and also has high thermal conductivity. Therefore, 1060 aluminum sheet is widely used in the manufacture of electronic products, radiators, pressure vessels and other fields.
3 series aluminum alloy is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. It uses manganese as the main alloying element with a content of about 1.0-1.5. It is slightly lighter and more expensive than 1 series. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but has good plasticity after cold working and annealing. Commonly used grades are 3003, 3004, 3005, 3104, 3105, etc.
5052 aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance. It has high resistance to salt water and salt spray. Therefore, it has many applications in marine structures such as gas tankers. 5052 has high fatigue strength, elastic modulus and formability. 5052 h32 and 5052 h34 aluminum are its main tempers.
6061 aluminum is a precipitation hardening alloy containing magnesium and silicon, used to manufacture marine accessories and hardware. This marine aluminum alloy has excellent weldability and good mechanical properties and is one of the most commonly used general-purpose alloys. 6061 can be used to manufacture hull structural parts and engine parts, such as ribs, ship plates, engine housings, etc.
