Aluminum Pilfer Proof Cap
Aluminum pilfer proof bottle caps is made of aluminum alloy sheet, coil or foil. They are mainly used for the packaging of wine, beverage and medical and health products, which can meets special requirements such as high-temperature sterilization.

Although plastic caps has rich surface treatment methods, strong three-dimensional feeling, anti-backflling functon and novel appearance, its inherent defects cannot be ignored. Its sealing performance is not as better as that of aluminum, especially for glass bottles.
Due to the strong static electricity, plastic bottle caps easily absorb dust in the air, and the debris generated during ultrasonic welding is difficult to remove, and the problem of contamination of wine by plastic debris has not yet been completely solved.
In addition, in order to reduce costs, some manufacturers of plastic bottle caps choose cheap plastic, which is bad for our health. More importantly, the plastic bottle caps cost about twice or more than aluminum bottle caps.
