Three Tempers of 6061 Aluminum Sheet
6061-O has maximum tensile strength no more than 150 MPa and maximum yield strength no more than 83 MPa or 110 MPa. The material has elongation of 10-18%.
6062-T4 has an ultimate tensile strength of at least 180 MPa or or 210 MPa and yield strength of at least 110 MPa. It has elongation of 10-16%.
T6 has an ultimate tensile strength of at least 290 MPa and yield strength of 240 MPa-310 MPa. It has elongation of 8%-10%.
