3003 aluminum sheet metal is a Al-Mn aluminum alloy. It has excellent workability and weldability properties for aluminum alloys, which is bout 20% stronger than pure aluminum.

Three Common Processing Technologies of 3003 Aluminium Sheet
1. Full Annealing
Heating at 390-430 ℃ and holding time is 30-120 min depending on the thickness of 3003 aluminum sheet, and then cooled with furnace to 300 ℃ with the speed of 30-50 ℃/h. After these steps, leave it for natural cooling.
2. Rapid Annealing
Heating at 350-370℃ and holding time is 30-120 min depending on the thickness of 3003 sheet aluminum. After these steps, leave it for natural cooling or water cooling.
3. Quenching and Aging
Quenching temperature is 500-510 ℃, air cooling; artificial aging is 95-105 ℃ for 3 hours; natural aging is 120 hours at room temperature.
