5052 aluminum is an Al-Mg aluminum alloy with medium strength, high fatigue strength and good plasticity. It is the most widely used anti-rust material. The main tempers are 5052-H32, H34, H36, H38, O,etc.
5182 aluminum plate belongs to the Al-Mg alloy. Its strength is slightly better than that of 5052 and 5083 aluminum alloys, and its yield strength is also better than that of 5052 and 5083 alloys. Because the alloy contains trace elements Si, it has excellent welding performance and can be used for gas welding, electric welding, seam welding and argon arc welding. It has good corrosion resistance and cannot be heat treated, but has good cold workability and good processing and forming properties.
The main alloying elements of 6061 aluminum plate are magnesium and silicon. It has medium strength, good corrosion resistance and good anodizing effect. In recent years, it has been used in large quantities in automobiles, mechanical parts, molds and other industries. The T6 temper is the most used. It contains a small amount of Cu, so its strength is higher than 6063, but its quenching sensitivity is also higher than 6063.
