Aluminum Strip 1100
Generally, the hardness of pure aluminum is not too high. Aluminum strip 1100 H26 bendable aluminum strip is a popular kind. It is often used in utensils, radiator fin, bottle caps, printing plates, building materials, heat exchanger components, and can also be used as deep drawn products.
3004 is an AL-Mn series alloy, a well known anti-rust aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties.
