An Overview of Colored Aluminum Sheet Metal
The colored aluminum sheet metal is well known for long service life, light weight, excellent surface effect and high recycling value. Different coatings are available: PE, PVDF, epoxy paint, etc. It is widely used in roofing system, building decoration and thermal insulation.

The first production line adopts adopts the two-coating and two-baking hot-air curing coating process, which can accurately control the coating thickness and curing quality. In the chemical treatment process, the color aluminum plate adopts neutral treatment agent, roller coating treatment and hot air rapid drying process, which is different from the ordinary dip coating chemical treatment method, which effectively eliminates the damage to the environment.
Advanced chromium-free treatment liquid is used for surface treatment, which meets strict environmental protection requirements at home and abroad. During the curing process of color-coated aluminum plate surface coating, volatile components can be recycled and burned for secondary use.
