1050 Aluminum Circle for Making Cookware
Aluminum circle discs are round aluminum sheets processed on the basis of aluminum plates. It is divided into pure aluminum discs, alloy aluminum discs, thin aluminum discs, and medium-thick aluminum discs. The common tempers are H24, H22, O and H18. It is suitable for stretching and spinning, and can produce kitchenware, electrical appliances, LED lamp casings and other products.
1xxx pure aluminum circles are commonly used in hin plate processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave utensils, clock surfaces and disks, nameplates, kitchen utensils, reflective equipment, heat sinks, bottle caps, and other deep stamping products. 3 series aluminum discs are used for processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weldability, such as kitchen utensils, food and chemical product processing and storage devices, liquid tanks,etc.
Cookware
Many kitchen utensils choose aluminum discs with low density and light weight. Take the pots we use every day as an example. We use a new rolling technology to make the pots into a three-layer process. The first layer is made of stainless steel, the second layer is made of 1050 aluminum circle, and the third layer is made of iron.
The pot treated with layer technology not only has the toughness of steel, the long life of iron, and the light density of aluminum, but is integrated into three advantages. This is one of the reasons why aluminum discs are increasingly used in the field of kitchenware.
Road sign
The field of signage is one that we are exposed to quite a lot in our daily life. For example, the circular signs we see on the road are generally processed using aluminum discs. For example, the no-parking signs we see in garages, or some speed measuring or speed limit signs we see on the highway, are all made of thicker aluminum discs for post-reinforcement processing. This is also one of the core application areas of aluminum wafers.
Electronic backplane field
The bottom plate inside the back panel of our monitor or TV is made of aluminum circle for copper coating. The product displayed after processing is the application of electronic backplane.
Aluminum container
This is a newly developed field. For example, containers for liquid nitrogen are stamped with a circle aluminum. For this field, 6061 aluminum circles or 5052 aluminum circles are generally used. Because these two types of aluminum circles contain magnesium, they are not prone to chemical reactions with the liquid inside. At the same time, the rolling performance of the 6 series and 5 series is better than that of the 3xxx and 5xxx aluminium discs.
