The Properties of 5052 Aluminum Circle Sheet
Aluminum circle sheet is widely used in the manufacture of rice cookers, aluminum pans, kitchen utensils such as pans, aluminum sauce pans, pizza pans,etc. The The alloy grades are mainly 3000 series (3003, 3004, 3104, 3004P) and 5000 series (5052, 5052A). The subsequent surface treatment processes includes anodizing and hard anodizing.
5052 aluminum circle sheet is often used for road signs and oil tight hatch cover. It has good corrosion resistance and rust resistance. With high hardness, it has certain load-bearing capacity. Compared with pure aluminum series, 5052 aluminum plate has better corrosion resistance under special environment.

Annealing temperature is: 345℃
5052 aluminum circle welding performance
It can be welded with ER5356 electrode, which can meet the mechanical properties of 5052 aluminum circle sheet after welding.
5052 VS1060 aluminum circle
Hardness: The tensile strength of 1060 is between 110-130, while the tensile strength of the 5052 alloy reaches 170-305.
Elongation: The elongation of the 1060 series is 5%, and that of the 5052 series is between 12-16%.
Chemical performance: 5052 aluminum has better corrosion resistance than 1060 alloy in special environments.
Specific gravity. The weight of the 5052 aluminum plate under the same area is less than 1060.
Surface quality of 5052 round aluminum sheet
1. The surface is not allowed to have cracks, corrosion spots and traces of nitrate.
2. The surface is allowed to have peeling, bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage whose depth does not exceed 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the part where the defect is located.
3. The maximum depth of the defect cannot exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defect does not exceed 5% of the total area.
4. Other requirements: It is negotiated by the customer and the supplier.
