2. The second cleaning. The raw material will be cleaned again by our workers to ensure that the surface of the aluminum strip is smooth without any waves, aluminum powder, oil marks, scratches, etc.
3. Slitting. Haomei Aluminum uses a double-shaft slitting machine with rolling scissors, with flat cutting edges and high accuracy, and can slit according to the customers’ requirements.
4. Annealing. After slitting, our aluminum strip must be annealed in a high-precision annealing furnace to make the tensile strength and elongation of the aluminum strip fully meet the requirements.
Inspection. We will have a strict inspection of the following parameters of aluminum strips including thickness, width, tensile strength, elongation, Vickers hardness, surface quality, and plate shape.
