How to Package Blank Aluminum Discs

To keep the aluminum quality during the long-term transportation, proper package is very important. There are four tips for the package of blank aluminum circles:

Firstly, we usually choose the Tic-tac-toe packaging. It is made of wood and the top and bottom are made of two pieces of wood. The height of the bottom side should meet the operating requirements of the forklift and the upper wooden side must be made into an arc shape corresponding to the diameter of the circle.The upper and lower wooden sides must be fixed with a screw.

Secondly, a layer of strong neutral or weakly acidic material is wrapped around the aluminum round discs. As for the connection parts of the package, use tape to bond closely.

Thirdly, add desiccant. Wrap aluminum discs and seal the two ends in a circumferential direction with a suitable size rainproof cardboard. All the connection pars should be bonded by tape.

Fourthly, put the wrapped aluminum round discs on the Tic-tac-toe rack and fix it with steel belt along the circumferential direction. Put a tag of package instruction on the outside. In addition to the weight, the shipping method, the user's shipping and handling methods and precautions should also be written.
