The processing cost of the CC aluminum circle sheet is much simper, including aluminum ingot-aluminum liquid-stationary furnace-cast-rolled coil-aluminum circle. The DC aluminum is directly hot-processed and rolled from a large aluminum ingot and then finish rolled according to different applications.
The CC aluminum discs are more inclined to non-heatable treatment process. For example, 1060, 1100 and 3003 aluminum circle are usually CC aluminum circle, which is suitable for simple stamping.
The advantage of DC aluminum circle factory is that it can be heat treated, and it has extremely high forgeability and secondary processing performance, making up for the shortcomings of the CC aluminum discs.
Specific differences
1. The casting rolling is processed by a casting machine into cast rolls (8mm thickness) and processed by a cold rolling machine, while hot rolling is the aluminum ingot (400-500mm thickness) which is heated at high temperatures and rolled by hot rolling mill.
2. The hot-rolled billet is a cast aluminum ingot-heated-rolled into a coil for cold rolling, and the cast-rolled billet is a cast-rolled coil and then cast-rolled.
3. The DC aluminum circle has good surface quality, strong mechanical properties and ductility, and good anodizing effect.
4. The CC aluminum circle sheet are mostly used in molds, and hot-rolled aluminum circles are suitable for stamping and drawing.
5. The CC aluminum circle discs have a simple process and the price is cheaper than that of the DC aluminum circle factory.
6. Generally, the elongation of cast-rolled products is lower than that of hot-rolled products.
