Casting and rolling
3003 aluminum ingot is cast and rolled into 3003 aluminum plate with a thickness of 5.0-8.0mm, and then cold-rolled with a cold deformation rate of 12%-40%.
Homogenization treatment
The above-mentioned cold-rolled 3003 aluminum plate is homogenized, the homogenization temperature is 540-600℃, and the holding time is 10-30 hours.
Cold rolling
The 3003 aluminum plate is cold-rolled again for 2-5 passes. This makes the compound broken more fully. The mechanical properties of 3003 aluminum plate such as such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and ear-making rate will be better than before.
Punching and annealing treatment
In this process, 3003 aluminum plate will be punched into 3003 aluminum discs which are annealed to get the deep drawing aluminum discs.
